What is the check-in and check-out time?
Standard check-in is from 15:00 (3 PM) and check-out is by 11:00 (11 AM). Early check-in and late check-out can often be arranged subject to availability — please enquire at the time of booking.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit of €2,000 is required and will be processed on arrival. This is fully refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided no damage occurs during the stay.
Are pets allowed at Villa Hanna?
Well-behaved pets are welcome at Villa Hanna at no extra charge. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure the property is prepared for your furry companions.
Can we arrange catering or a private chef?
Absolutely. Our concierge team can arrange a professional private chef, catering for events, or a fully stocked fridge upon arrival. Simply let us know your requirements and we'll coordinate everything in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations within 30–60 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations inside 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, the infinity pool is heated year-round and maintained at a comfortable temperature. The jacuzzi can also be heated to your preferred setting. Please notify us in advance so it's ready upon your arrival.
How many vehicles can be accommodated?
The estate has covered, secure parking for up to 4 vehicles. If your group requires additional parking, please contact us in advance and we'll arrange overflow parking nearby.
